KINCAID TACKLES TREND CHALLENGE THIS MARKET WITH VARIETY OF CREATIVE SOLUTIONS

Kincaid Furniture is tackling the trend challenge during the upcoming High Point Market with a variety of introductions that will offer creative solutions sure to please their customers.

If you appreciate traditional styles but want an updated look that’s in scale with modern spaces, you’ll enjoy “Cherry Park,” a complete collection of bedroom, dining, and occasional pieces that utilize domestically-grown wild black cherry.  The transitional profiles are clean and efficient, provide lots of storage, and can work well outside the scope of their traditional uses.

If you’re ready for something different and have become more aware of your carbon footprint, “Mango Bay” is a perfect match.  Kincaid has created this light contemporary design with woven water hyacinth featuring mango lumber harvested from mature trees which in the past had been destroyed to make room for new plantings.   The beauty of this collection is not only its striking design but also its use of renewable resources.

For those who want choices, and lots of them, the “Stonecroft” bedroom collection delivers.  The pieces are crafted in lenga and alder woods, are available in three beautifully antiqued finishes, and also include a selection of two beds.

Additions to Kincaid’s “Treasures” line are ideal for those looking for a distinctive, unique, one-of-a-kind statement.  New introductions include tables with metal and wood tops and delicately scrolled metal legs; contemporary cocktail tables are crafted with texturally aged metal bases, slate frames, and glass inserts; occasional tables with hand-applied fabric which are then handpainted with elegant chinoiserie designs; and the use of antiqued mirrors are merged with Louis Philippe designs for an updated style.

Kincaid is also debuting a wide selection of upholstery to target the latest trends.  Leather continues to be highly regarded by consumers, and to answer that call, Kincaid is introducing a pair of fashionable wing-back tilting chairs with crescent-shaped ottomans, and have chosen sumptuous leathers to grace four of their best-selling “Kasuals” frame styles, two with matching sectionals.  Two additional sofa groups were inspired by their best-selling recliners, and in addition a larger-scaled leather sectional will also debut.

Their beautiful, durable, and affordable “Kasuals” line of custom upholstery has a stylish new sofa frame to enhance the program.  A cozy selection of upholstered chair-and-a-halves with matching ottomans is also new this Market, and you can choose to incorporate optional sleepers or storage ottomans with these selections.  The popularity of coastal looks continues to grow, and Kincaid has also added a beautiful assortment of coastal and nautical-inspired fabrics to their vast line.
