Woolrich Debuts New Furniture Collection by Shadow Mountain
“Heritage Loft” premieres at Las Vegas Market

February 2009, Woolrich, PA—Woolrich, Inc., well-known for its apparel and home furnishings since 1830, will debut its new collection of casegoods with Shadow Mountain at the February 2009 Las Vegas World Market.

Approximately 35 pieces of bedroom, dining, and occasional items will be featured in the Shadow Mountain showroom at C-1388.  Designed to appeal to a more casually diverse customer, the rustic “Heritage Loft” collection features hand-planed mahogany solids and veneers, double-stitched full-grain leather, wood-on-wood drawer guides, and hand-forged iron accents.  The dark, deeply distressed finish perfectly complements its rugged aesthetics.

Intriguing design elements include a Gentleman’s Chest which provides a distinctive door and drawer storage configuration, and the 54” square gathering table becomes a more relaxed center for entertaining with an uncommon, yet comfortable height of 37”.  Approximate retail prices will range from $799 for a Bachelor’s Chest to $1999 for a leather paneled bed framed in iron. The group’s smaller scale is tailored for use in condos, town homes, apartments, and other smaller dwellings, yet will still offer ample size and storage in larger homes as well.

An exclusive new line of Woolrich indoor hand-tufted wool rugs will also be on display to complement “Heritage Loft”.  Available in two styles and three popular sizes, the rugs bring an added dimension of warmth to the collection.

Sharon Kepley, Licensing Manager of Home Furnishings for Woolrich, stated, “Our newest venture with Shadow Mountain brings exciting opportunities to the brand—we’ve created an innovative lifestyle for the way many consumers want to live today—casual and rustic, yet with a modern day approach to living.

Shadow Mountain president and CEO, Chad M. Turney, added, “Our partnership with Woolrich demonstrates the importance of the rustic lifestyle we each represent in the marketplace.  We’re excited about the launch of ‘Heritage Loft,’ as it’s targeted toward a more urban consumer.  We look forward to enhancing the highly successful Woolrich brand.”
