Kincaid Furniture honored their outstanding district sales manager for exemplary achievement and overall performance at the company’s annual awards ceremony held Saturday, April 25th, at their High Point showroom, IHFC H1204.

Company officials, Steve Kincaid, president, and Todd Hady, vice president of sales, handed out awards in front of a robust crowd of district sales managers, Kincaid and La-Z-Boy officials, and Kincaid staff from their Hudson, NC corporate headquarters.

Kirk Firestone was recognized as District Sales Manager of the Year. Kirk was honored for exceeding at new accounts, upholstery sales increase, overall sales performance, along with low returns and allowances as compared to the previous years’ totals. Mr. Firestone represents Kincaid throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. Although he has been with the company for less than two years, “he exhibited immediate and sustained success in all categories, which impressed Kincaid’s management team and his peers,” said Hady.

Achievement awards were also distributed to those district sales managers who met sales quotas, and achieved a variety of performance standards. President Steve Kincaid, noted, “Even during this challenging economic environment, our top district sales managers have continued to achieve their sales goals, provide unsurpassed service to our retail partners, and represent Kincaid Furniture with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. We salute them all.”
