Theodore Alexander Appoints Bob Harold to Role as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing
May 27, 2014, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Premium furniture manufacturer Theodore Alexander has appointed Bob Harold as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing. Harold’s responsibilities will encompass all aspects of Theodore Alexander’s manufacturing processes in Vietnam including the main factory in Ho Chi Minh City and the foundry, upholstery, procurement, sourcing, costing, process engineering and quality control functions. He holds a degree in Furniture Manufacturing and Management from North Carolina State University and has more than 35 years of manufacturing experience within the furniture industry. Most recently, Harold was Vice President of Operations at Stanley Furniture. Harold noted that he “looks forward to working with the entire Theodore Alexander organization to enhance the customer value of their exceptional products.”
Harold will be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the location of Theodore Alexander’s manufacturing operations and global headquarters. He will report to Harvey Dondero, president and CEO of Theodore Alexander. Stated Dondero, “We are delighted to welcome Bob Harold to the Theodore Alexander family. Harold takes over for Edward Carey who is leaving the company to explore other interests.
