Lane's Furniture Motion Upholstery Focuses on Comfort and More for Las Vegas Market

American Made Collections Provide Unexpected Features

July 29, 2013, LAS VEGAS, NV — Comfort is the name of the game in the motion furniture category, but Lane Furniture is betting consumers are in the market for more--not simply comfort but also European style details and the latest technological features.

One can only image how James Bond would respond to Lane’s five new motion groups packed with enough hidden storage and unexpected features (think touch-sensor cup holder and power recline) to make them worthy of “Q’s” fabled R&D department. A modular sectional with right- or left-arm facing flex-back chaise, Rochelle’s sleek Euro-style arm and faux semi-attached headrest are combined with contrast top-stitch detail and a comfortable full pad-over chaise seat.

New for Las Vegas, Thad is a contemporary pad-over-chaise motion group with European influences such as wide slant front pillow top track arms and includes a double reclining sofa, double console reclining loveseat, double reclining loveseat and matching recliner.  Tara, also new, is a more transitional pad-over-chaise motion group featuring padded track arms and geometric stitching on the back cushion and outside of the arms.  It includes a double reclining sofa, double reclining loveseat and matching recliner.

Teton draws the eye up from a full pad-over chaise seat with slender arms, unique upholstery detail and a medium-scale Euro design. Trenton is a three-seat sofa group featuring pad-over chaise design and Euro-style, multi-sectioned back that keeps the soft cushioning in place for added comfort. Power recline is available here as well.

Another three-seat sofa group, Montgomery offers a drop-down table, cup holders and a two-motor heat and massage system complemented by a console loveseat with storage and cup holders. Not to be outdone in the style department, Montgomery offers double-needle top-stitch detail, coupled with pie-crust welt borders, pub-style back, tear-drop arm and a full pad-over chaise seat.

Lane upholstery is made in America with domestic and imported materials. Employing over 1700 people in their corporate and manufacturing facilities, they build, assemble and cover the frames of Lane’s recliners, reclining sofas and sectionals and stationary sofas, chairs, ottomans and sectionals.
