High Point, N.C.—Imagine visiting the Djemaa el Fna, the busy main square in Marrakesh. Narrow streets wind past the traditional markets into twisting alleys. By day, the Old City square bustles with water sellers in traditional costumes, mysterious snake charmers and colorful trading stands. Toward evening, when the many food stalls start to open, the square transforms into an open-air bazaar filled with the enticing aromas of saffron and mint and the exotic sights and sounds of story-tellers, magicians, musicians and peddlers.

Inspired by the rich history and tradition of this diverse crossroads country, Sligh Furniture introduces the Morocco collection. Like its namesake, the nine-piece home office and entertainment collection draws on a host of eclectic influences from the eastern Mediterranean to create a one-of-a-kind style statement.

Rendered in eye-catching pecan veneers with antiqued walnut and European chestnut accents, the Morocco collection references style themes from both the East and the West with interesting decorative touches such as striking frieze borders and majestic column treatments.

In addition to three high-function, high-fashion desks, the collection includes library wall and entertainment options.

The Morocco collection will debut April 2 to 7 at the High Point Market in Sligh Furniture’s showroom at 310 N. Hamilton St., Suite 204.
