Woolrich Launches New Top of Bed Ensembles at Berry Creek Home Collection

February 2009, Woolrich, PA—Woolrich, Inc., the brand inspired by the outdoors and by people who enjoy an outdoor lifestyle since 1830, will launch five new top of bed ensembles at the upcoming Las Vegas Market held February 9-13.  Produced by Berry Creek Home Collection, the Woolrich bed coverings will be on display in the Berry Creek showroom in C-654.

The new ensembles will consist of nine individual pieces, including duvets, shams, skirts, and euros. Enhancing the collection are wool coverlets, produced exclusively in Woolrich’s Pennsylvania woolen mill, to coordinate with each ensemble.  All ensembles are beautifully designed to correspond with Woolrich’s broad collection of home furnishings. 

Lakewood encompasses an array of nature-inspired colors, including muted oranges, earthy browns and greens, and soft sky blues.  A mixture of plaids and cheerful geometric patterns are accented with supple leather accent pillows double-stitched and trimmed with faux fur.  Plaid shams trimmed in leather cording and dressed with metal buttons add an intriguing element to this cozy collection. 

Woodbury incorporates a beautiful plaid of warm honey gold, brown, and green, and is complemented by a gold-based houndstooth print.  Accent pillows feature moose and bear motifs. 

Timber Mountain puts a fresh spin on Woolrich’s classic red and black buffalo check with the addition of silhouettes featuring deer, bear, and moose.  Combined with a crisp black and white mini-check and distinctive black and white plaid accented with vibrant red, this collection will transform any bedroom into a warm and welcoming retreat. 

Bear Canyon features a variety of patterns and textures that come together with ease.  A richly striped wool coverlet combining greens, blues, reds, golds, and black becomes a relaxed focal point when draped against the smooth hue of a solid red bedskirt.  The accent pillow features an endearing moose and bear theme which is softened on a cream-colored background, and accentuates the overall look.

Heritage Loft is a crisp, modern pattern designed for a more urban, contemporary lifestyle.  Bands of color in subdued earth tones of beige, olive, gold, and pumpkin are instantly inviting.   

Approximate retail will be $1299-$1499 for a queen set.  The bedding ensembles will be available through major U.S. retailers, specialty independent textile retailers, and the designer trade.
